The evaluation can provide access to the complete standard module set so the organization can review connected ERP workflows. User access is configured for the agreed evaluation team.
A dedicated evaluation environment
Simor Soft can provide or coordinate a hosted evaluation environment. It is intended for evaluation and demonstration—not live production operation.
Responsible evaluation
Data, access, support, and expiry
A trial is most useful when it tests representative workflows without introducing avoidable operational, privacy, or security risk.
Use safe evaluation data
Use fictional, anonymized, or non-sensitive sample data unless Simor Soft has explicitly agreed to another approach and the required safeguards. Do not use the trial as the system of record.
Support focuses on evaluation
The assigned contact can help with access, orientation, questions, and confirmed evaluation issues. Custom development, migration, integrations, production readiness, and formal training are scoped separately.
Access ends on the confirmed date
At expiry, credentials and the evaluation environment may be disabled. Any required export or deletion arrangement is confirmed before the trial; there is no automatic billing after access ends.
After the evaluation
Continue only if the fit and next step make sense
If the organization wants to proceed, Simor Soft documents the selected modules, users, hosting, configuration, migration, integrations, customization, training, support, commercial terms, and implementation responsibilities in a separate proposal or agreement. If it does not proceed, the evaluation ends without a software-purchase obligation.
