This website provides general information about Simor Soft, Simor ERP, Booking App, Upload Document, and custom software services. Content may change as products and services evolve and does not create a binding commitment unless included in a signed agreement.

Demonstration and evaluation environments

Public demos, guided demonstrations, and time-limited evaluation environments are provided to help prospective customers assess functionality and fit. They are not production systems or systems of record. Evaluation users must use fictional, anonymized, or otherwise approved data and independently validate workflows, configuration, calculations, reports, outputs, integrations, access controls, and suitability before operational use. Demo content is illustrative and is not accounting, payroll, tax, legal, employment, regulatory, or compliance advice. Availability may be changed or suspended for maintenance, security, misuse, or expiry.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the website design, copy, product names, software interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Simor Soft. They may not be copied, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used to misrepresent affiliation without permission.

Third-party links

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience. Simor Soft does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Website information and no public warranty

The public website is provided on an "as available" basis. Product descriptions identify available or configurable capabilities but do not promise that every capability, jurisdictional rule, integration, hosting arrangement, or workflow is included in every deployment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Simor Soft does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, complete accuracy of public content, search ranking, business outcomes, or suitability for a particular purpose based only on this website.

Customer validation and responsible use

Business software supports decision-making but does not replace the customer's operational, financial, payroll, tax, legal, security, or compliance controls. Before production use and after material changes, the customer is responsible for validating configuration, opening data, roles, calculations, reports, integrations, statutory settings, and representative end-to-end workflows with appropriately qualified personnel. Customers remain responsible for source-data accuracy, authorized use, approvals, statutory filings, remittances, payment instructions, backups allocated to them, and decisions made from system outputs, except to the extent a signed agreement expressly assigns a responsibility to Simor Soft.

Defects, changes, and production releases

Suspected defects should be reported with sufficient detail for investigation. Confirmed defects and approved enhancements are classified, prioritized, tested, and released through the support and change process in the applicable agreement. Customer approval in staging or user-acceptance testing confirms the reviewed release for production deployment; it does not eliminate the need to verify the affected production workflow. Response targets, remedies, rollback, warranties, fees, exclusions, and support coverage are defined in the signed agreement.

Project and product agreements

Software licensing, subscriptions, implementation, customization, support, service levels, confidentiality, privacy, security responsibilities, data handling, business continuity, fees, payment, acceptance criteria, warranties, intellectual-property rights, indemnities, and limitations of liability are governed by the applicable signed agreement. This website does not create a service-level commitment or amend a signed agreement.
